What are the delivery charges?

Prepaid Orders: Free shipping on all prepaid orders.

Partial COD Orders:

    • Orders below ₹999: Delivery charge of ₹49 applies.
    • Orders above ₹999: Free shipping after partial advance.

What are your return and exchange policies?

Exchange: 1st exchange is absolutely FREE per order.

Returns: Easy 5-day return policy. A nominal reverse pick-up charge of ₹89 per product/order is deducted.

After First Exchange: Customers need to return the products.

Partial COD Orders: Refund (post applicable deductions) is credited to your bank account.

After Dispatch: Cancellations are not possible. You can return the product after delivery.

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?
